Grace is a vegan baker who now specialises in food demonstrations. After a successful few years running market stalls and catering for events with her scones, she published a recipe book, The Little Book of Scones (Square Peg Random House, 2013). Sharing her recipes with others gives her joy and she loves spending the summer travelling up and down the U.K. with Foodies Festival.
